JOBS DESCRIPTIONS:

1) Bartender
Job Skills: The bartender possesses knowledge of beverage recipes and fine wines. He promotes signature beverages and wines. The bartender provides service without intrusion of the patron's experience. He is entrusted with access to storage areas disallowed to other employees. The bartender must always be well groomed and neat in appearance.

Education/Experience: Must have at least two years of bartending in an upscale restaurant or nightclub as well as experience as an assistant bartender or a waiter. An advanced level of proficiency in the English language is required.

2) Cocktail Waitress
Job Skills: The cocktail waitress serves the skydeck's bar patrons. She quickly learns the customer's needs and also is knowledgeable about the food menu and the wine list. She has a solid knowledge of mixed drinks as she often serves as a bartender. The cocktail waitress is an important element of the customers experience and is personable and outgoing. The cocktail waitress – bartender must always be well groomed and neat in appearance.

Education / Experience: Must have 1 year of bartending and at least one year of cocktail serving. She must have a solid knowledge of English. Must be at least 21,

3) Front Waiter
Be the leader of the service team and provide professional, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The primary objective is to exceed our guests' expectations.

Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The position of front waiter is the result of several years of experience in fine dining and the motivation to continuously improve his craft. The back waiter must always be well groomed and neat in appearance.

Education/Experience: Must have five years of experience in a notable fine dining restaurant . The front waiter must have an advanced proficiency in the English language.

4) Back Waiter
Responsibilities: The back waiter works with a front waiter as a team to deliver quality service. The back waiter expedites orders and is the last person who must examine the plate to ensure quality. The back waiter trains for the position of the front waiter. He seeks out information regarding the menus and learns about fine wines and wine pairings. The back waiter may serve as a front waiter during large parties. The back waiter must always be well groomed and neat in appearance.

Education/Experience: Must have at least two years of service in an upscale restaurant . An intermediate level of proficiency in the English language is required.

5) Registration Agents
Responsibilities: The registration agents will greet guests upon arrival, confirm invitations and perform check –in procedures. The agents will report to the Concierge.

Education / Experience: An excellent level of proficiency in the English language is required. Must be 21 years of age or older, preferably with at least one year experience. The Registration Agents must be personable, outgoing, well groomed and neat in appearance.
